We are further along than these photo's indicate but they show some progress of the Master Bathroom. All the tile is in and the shower basin is set.
Now for a few fixtures.
Along with the general mess that comes with a house renovation. And on the the stripping! Stripping of the old wall paper from our Master Bedroom. I'm not sure if I am allowed to post a picture of the Mrs. as we both tended to get a bit messy.

OK. I have to ask. WHY is there a window that low in the bathroom?

There really isn't a reason 'why' the windows are so low, that is just how they built it back then.

Where did you guys get your tile? We are looking at getting some like that.
As for the window...How old is your house? Our house originally had a lower window in the WC also. During the 60s, or 70s, it was replace with a smaller one when the current tub was put in.
Most homes did not have indoor plumbing until well into the 10s. When they were retro fitted into old houses the room chosen normally had the large windows like the other rooms. It was also normally on the second floor and harder to see in. Also, the claw foot tub was placed against an inner wall and usually not against the outer wall with the window.
At least that is what I have learned from researching.
Larry - the tile was from Century Tile called American Olean 1 in hex black and white tile. We opted for the glazed look.
The house was built in 1864. We know that the back of the house where the master bath and bedroom and currently located was added as servants wing as it is lower. This likely was part of a hallway that came up from the 1st floor kitchen. In demo we found another door that had been covered up.
